La Forchetta da Massi is one of Pueblo’s absolute gems. The owners and the entire wait staff make you feel like family every single time, and the drinks are always on point. So glad they’re back open after the holiday — it was definitely missed. The gnocchi is my favorite. They changed the name, but the flavor is still just as incredible, which says everything about their kitchen. If you’ve never been, it’s an absolute must-try. Consistently great food, service, and atmosphere.

This was one of our favorite spots to eat at. I would definitely say this restaurant needs to be on your stop and try lists. We celebrated out 10th year anniversary here and it was amazing. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a romantic night. Make sure yo make reservations. It's not really a huge place and they get busy. The wine we ordered was good. The best part about this place is the food for sure. The pasta offered here is fresh handmade. The steak I ordered had to be one if the best steaks had ever had. The flavor was spot on and cook to a medium rare perfection. Would definitely recommend the steak. We also ordered the Burrata which too was amazing. This was our first time trying this and it didn't disappoint. My wife got the amatriciana with fresh pasta. This meal was amazing. Literally each bite you can taste each individual flavor of the food. I have never experienced pasta like I did here. My wife also had chicken added to it. I would recommend this pasta dish. Overall this place did not disappoint and is a hidden gem for being in Pueblo. The price was worth the amount and quality of food that they offer. I recommend this place to every who has a chance to go but remember reservations are needed. I will be going back here for sure.

Amazing restaurant! Very clean, staff was very polite and helpful. We didn't have a reservation but the owner was so sweet and found us a place to sit. The food was incredible. We ordered the gorgonzola bruchette, mushroom ravioli, and buffalo ravioli. I cannot say enough about this wonderful restaurant. We are looking forward to our next visit!

La Forchetta is my favorite restaurant in Pueblo! Excellent Italian food for reasonable prices. My favorite is the Pueblo ravioli- it’s not too spicy and full of flavor. My husband loves the ribeye and potatoes. My mom loves the Bolognese and my dad loves their take on Alfredo. The affogato was good but the presentation is far from traditional, watch how you pour. 10/10 would eat again and again!!! Such a hidden gem in Pueblo!!!

The best Italian food you can eat in the entire United States. The polenta is just like the one they make in Italy. The place is wonderful; it's my favorite restaurant because I feel like I'm in Italy when I dine there. The service is magnificent.

Wow! Delicious, authentic Italian fare! The bread, the lasagna, the fettuccine alla bolognese, and the fettuccine alla gricia were outstanding! You can taste the high quality ingredients. If you like very rich, cheesy, salty pork pasta, try the fettuccine alla gricia.

Amazing. This was not only the best Italian we have had in Colorado, every dish we ordered was better than the best dish we had in Rome, Italy a few months ago. Padilla Ragu eas delicious. Carbonara was super flavorful and smoked meat forward. Seafood soup was delicious and everything was perfectly cooked (usually muscles are overcooked). Even my 4 year old’s kids spaghetti with tomato sauce was absolutely delicious. I only improvement I could make is a little more salt on the burata, which was easily rectified with a little salt. Service was great and they were able to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday evening without a reservation. I’d recommend making a reservation though. Atmosphere is very comfortable and not too formal. There was an outdoor patio in back but I didn’t get a chance to step out. Price is a little elevated but well worth the food and location. I live about 1.5 hours away and would almost consider driving here just for this food everyone once in a while.

This was delicious! I just heard of it and so we went to try it and wow! We got the pesto pasta (sorry I forget what it's called) and the fettuccine alle siciliano. Then for dessert we got the semifeddo al cioccolato and Panna cotta alle fragole. Everything was so yummy and our server was so sweet and kind. Can't wait to go back!

We tried La Forchetta for the first time last evening. We had an excellent experience. Here's the story: We actually made a bit of a mistake in reserving for 5:30 pm on the same evening as the local Parade of Lights, which goes right down Union Ave. in front of the restaurant. As expected, maneuver around the location and parking were problematic. Because of that, and the cold weather, we came early, arriving about 4:40. While we were willing to wait elsewhere, the proprietors seated us immediately while we waited for our other two parties to arrive. Big props for being accommodating. The food was top notch and the menu ranging from commonplace to exotic. Every dish had an element of gourmet treatment. All the entrees we ordered were excellent. The venue is small. I wouldn't say 'intimate', given that it has large windows facing the street, but it was cozy enough on a cold night. OUr server was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Prices are not cheap, but reasonable for the quality and creativity of the menu. We didn't order wine, but instead Italian beers in a brand I'd not heard of, allowing us to try something other than the usual two brands commonly available.
